Vicky R. Smith, 65, President of McHenry County College steadfastly refuses to reveal her age. A review of her past employment and applications to other entities show she was probably born around 1946. She lists her personal interests as "Traveling, reading, doing needlework and collecting pig figurines." No doubt, she has found a large trough in McHenry County. She is now spending $150,000 to "rebrand" the community college. Apparently large numbers of people are not able to recognize the place.
